Tammy Daigle
THERAPIST/OWNER
Tammy is a Clinical Social Worker in good standing with the New Brunswick Association of Social Workers since 2001. A graduate of l'Université de Moncton, she obtained a bachelor's degree in Psychology (1998), a bachelor's degree in Social Worker (2001), and a master's in Social Work (2012).

Tammy provides a comprehensive set of skills and helps clients to achieve measurable results that allow them to explore, heal, and move forward into a positive and healthy mindset. Guided by a humanistic perspective, she favours an eclectic approach in which she draws elements from various therapy models, including cognitive-behavioural therapy, choice therapy, impact therapy, and mindfulness-based therapy.
